I work at Arby's and I am not fast enough in drive-thru, now i am stuck on front counter and I feel real bad..
You don't give up up the first place, so you may not have been up to scratch to handle the fast pace for the drive-thru, and are stuck at the front counter, but you must remember that you are still in contact personally with customers.Secondly, yes you have had a bit of a kick in the guts with the reduction of your working hours, but again remember, you still have a job and that is the important issue, that you are not struggling to make ends meet while being unemployed. Thirdly, when you have time off from your job, check out other places that may appeal to you and the sort of work that you will be happy doing, places like MacDonald's, Burger King, or such or even other store work where you can use the abilities that you are aculating while still at Arby's. Hope this helps you a bit and good luck in you search, hope you get what you seek.
