Has anyone ever thought that Satan is God due to all the wars and crimes committed in "Gods" name.?

All the centuries of bloodshed and pain.Not to mention that so many religious people are unforgiving and judgemental.How do we know we are rooting for the right team?Would it not be the ultimate disguise to bring us down?Before Jesus things where not perfect but after we struggled for ceturies to go back to the same type of republic and tolerance like Rome.Just asking for opinions
