What happens if i upgrade my iphone 3gs baseband (15.16.02) to ipad baseband (16.15.00)...?

will i be able to restore with itunes back to ios 4.3.3 and get my normal iphone baseband back? please answer i really really really NEED HELP!!!!!!!! PLEASE ANSWER!
