What's the name of the dancing song that actually tells you the dance steps?

It's sung by a male, and has parts that go something like this: "and 2 steps *bom bom*" / "do the cha cha" / "slide to the right, and back" / "move your knees". I've seen people dance to it and at the "move your knees" part, their hands touch their knees and both hands and knees move in and out. At the "cha cha" part, they move 2 steps forward then 2 steps back while twisting their hips.
