The UN, IMF, & World Bank say that China is , technically speaking, "recolonizing" Africa?

China is more heavilly invested , money wise, in Africa in the 21st century than any other country. However, China's dogged tenacity in taking advantage of the business opportunities on the continent may have a finge benefit for Africans. The Chinese, in trying to get Africa's oil (among other resources), have built under ground pipe lines, created jobs, built hospitals, and even set up scholarships for African students. China may very well be the kick-start Africa needs to catch up with the rest of the world
