Can my hairdresser force me to get a haircut?

You see, I straighten my hair, and get a relaxer to make it straight. I got a haircut in January to get rid of the split ends, and sometimes I cut my hair myself to get rid of more split ends. I am getting my hair done this weekend, and my mom wants me to get a haircut, cause my hair is kind of lopsided, and my hairdresser always wants me to get a haircut too. Only, I dont have split ends anymore, and my hair hasnt grown in from when I cut it myself. I dont want to cut my hair until next month. Can my hairdresser forcr me to get a haircut? Whenever I get my hair done she just starts cutting, or says I dont have to cut it, or I will have to tell her that I dont want to cut it, but then she gets mad when I do that.
