Why in the UK do they punish hard workers and award spongers?

Absolutely 100% I agree with you! don't it pee you off, my neighbour sits on her backside,and has done for years! she gets all rent paid for all council tax paid for, then walks around as if er wont melt! makes me sick, she is fit and able for work, and she is a fraud as she didn't pay her water bill for a year and they sent a rep to her house and she claimed to be a different person! hate her.
