Slow labor.... HELP!!!?

If you are leaking amniotic fluid, the baby has to be delivered within 24 hours or there is big risk of infection. I'm not telling you that to freak you out but to let you know that something needs to be done. If you are not getting anywhere with that hospital, is there another one nearby that you can go to? Get your medical records and take them there! If you are that close to 37 weeks, have had the steriod shots, and the scans say her lungs are ready, they shouldn't be waiting! They could break your water and get things moving! Take a walk and go back to the hospital. Walking can also help speed things up in labor. Good luck!
