Please Help My Handiacapped Mom!!!!!?

Whenever she laughs her legs give out!!!!! Im so worried one day when I'm not home she will fall ad break her hip or something. Is there anyone that can help her? Im afraid to go anywhere and leave her by herself. She already uses a walker, a motorized scooter, and a "claw" cane. Please help and be sure to give full detail thanks!!!!! :)
