Coworker got back from Cancun, Mexico this week; can she transmit Swine Flu?

A co-worker of mine just got back from a family trip at Cancun, Mexico. She was gone for about a week. Mexico is the core of the Swine Flu outbreak, so could she transmit the disease to me and the other employees and not know about it, that is, without symptoms and virus still being in its incubation period and then we all get sick like a few days later. I would hate for her and our entire staff to get sick--how likely is that to happen? Is the outbreak pretty much under control or are there still more cases emerging in Mexico?
